- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large nonstick frying pan, dry-fry 500g ground beef, 1 large chopped onion, and 2 chopped carrots over medium heat for 5 minutes, until browned. Break up the beef as it cooks.
- Stir in 1 (400g) can chopped tomatoes, 200ml beef stock, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Bring to a boil.
