Comment préparer Granola Bars
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan generously with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine: 3 cups rolled oats, ½ cup packed brown sugar, ½ cup wheat germ, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup raisins, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add: ½ cup honey, 2 large eggs (or equivalent egg beaters), ¼ cup canola oil (or ½ cup applesauce), and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Mix well with your hands or a spatula until thoroughly combined.
- Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with only a few moist crumbs.
