Como fazer Baked Lasagne

  1. Sauté 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, in 2 tablespoons olive oil until softened.
  2. Add 1 pound ground beef (or Italian sausage) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes, 6 ounces tomato paste, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Mix well and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cook 9-12 lasagna noodles according to package directions in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain and set aside.
