How to Make Baked Lasagne

  1. Sauté 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, in 2 tablespoons olive oil until softened.
  2. Add 1 pound ground beef (or Italian sausage) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
