  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Cover and cook, stirring once or twice, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  9. Add the reserved scrambled eggs and 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
  10. Cook, uncovered, stirring and breaking up the scrambled eggs, until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
  11. Stir in the remaining sliced green onions and remove from the heat.
  12. Serve immediately with warm whole-wheat tortillas, Asian hot sauce, and extra hoisin sauce (optional).
