  2. Stir in 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, 1 cup water, 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
  3. Add 1 (16 ounce) package no-boil lasagna noodles, breaking them in half if necessary.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring once halfway through.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine 1 (15 ounce) container fat-free cottage cheese and 1/2 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese.
