How to Make A True Texan S King Ranch Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked. Shred chicken and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons of butter until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes (undrained), Rotel (undrained), and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
