How to Make Almond Graham Squares
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Grease the foil with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir until evenly moistened.
- Stir in 1 ½ cups sliced almonds.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup sliced almonds over the top and gently pat down.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the foil overhang.
- Peel off the foil and cut into 16 squares using a serrated knife.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
