How to Make Angel Hair Fresca
- Bring 4 cups of salted water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Add 8 ounces of angel hair pasta to the boiling water.
- Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 cup of broccoli florets to the pot and continue boiling for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta and broccoli are tender-crisp.
