How to Make Anthony S Garlic Prawns

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Remove crusts from 2 slices of sourdough bread. Tear bread into pieces and pulse in a food processor until you have coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Spread breadcrumbs on a small baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, stir, then bake for another 5 minutes, or until dry but not browned. Set aside to cool.
