How to Make Apple Celery Root And Gruyere Salad
- Cut 4 ounces Gruyere cheese into matchsticks and place in a large bowl.
- Peel and cut 1 medium celery root and 2 medium apples into matchsticks (about 1/2 inch thick).
- Add the celery root and apples to the bowl with the cheese. Gently toss and add the juice of 1/2 lemon.
