  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, egg substitute, 1 cup of yogurt, baking powder, orange juice, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. If desired, add 2-4 tablespoons of water to the batter for thinner pancakes.
  3. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
