  • French Baguettes
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Tomatoes

How to Make Avocado Tomato And Mozzarella Bruschetta

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Brush 4 slices of baguette with 1 tablespoon olive oil and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly golden.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Mash 1/2 a ripe avocado with a fork. Spread evenly onto each toasted bread slice.
  5. Season each slice with 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and a pinch of black pepper.
  6. Cut 1 medium tomato in half and slice each half into 5 half-moon slices.
  7. Arrange tomato slices on top of the avocado.
