How to Make Awesome Easy Spaghetti And Meatballs

  1. Remove casings from 1 lb Italian sausage links and roll into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Add 1 medium chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped green bell pepper, and 2 chopped celery stalks to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
