  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

How to Make Awful Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and scrub 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes. Cut into 1-inch chunks.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Drain well.
