Ingredients for Bacon Egg N Cheese Sandwiches

  • Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • Milk
  • Eggs

How to Make Bacon Egg N Cheese Sandwiches

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside and crumble.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, scramble eggs until cooked through but still slightly moist.
  5. Place a crescent roll triangle on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese over the crescent roll.
  7. Top with 1/4 of the cooked and crumbled bacon and approximately 1/8 of the scrambled eggs.
  8. Sprinkle with a little more cheddar cheese.
  9. Fold the crescent roll over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal.
  10. Repeat steps 5-9 for the remaining crescent rolls.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
