- Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 4 slices bacon
- Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Garlic
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
How to Make Bacon Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim Brussels sprouts; cut them in half lengthwise if large, or leave small ones whole.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Crumble bacon.
- Add Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- During the last 5 minutes of roasting, add the reserved bacon grease to the pan.
- Remove from oven and toss with crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
