How to Make Baked Chicken With Spaghetti Squash
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Cut one medium spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and place cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush squash halves with 3 tablespoons of your favorite Italian dressing. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, toss 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts with the remaining Italian dressing (approximately 1 tablespoon). Marinate while the squash bakes.
- After 30 minutes of squash baking, add the marinated chicken breasts to the baking sheet.
