How to Make Baked Prawns With Pepper And Garlic

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Rinse 500g of prawns under cold water. Carefully cut off the feelers and make a slit down the back of each prawn to remove the vein.
  3. Pat the prawns dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer in an oven-safe dish.
  4. In a mortar and pestle, coarsely pound 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, and 4 cloves of garlic.
