  • 4 slices bacon

  • Balsamic Vinegar

How to Make Balsamic Tortellini

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion and 4 slices of bacon, cooked until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove bacon and onion from skillet; set aside and drain on paper towels.
  4. Cook 1 pound of cheese tortellini according to package directions.
  5. Return the cooked onion and bacon to the skillet. Add the cooked tortellini.
