  • 1 oz orange curacao
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz (or to taste) simple syrup or granulated sugar
  • 4 oz club soda

How to Make Barbados Breeze

  1. In a cocktail shaker (or 2-cup measuring cup), combine the white rum, orange curacao, lime juice, and simple syrup (or sugar).
