How to Make Barbecued Lima Beans Baked
- Cook 4 slices of bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside, reserving about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bacon grease in the pan. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and set aside.
