  • Sugar
  • Chili Powder
  • Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make Bbq Peanuts

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk 1 large egg white until foamy.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon liquid smoke and 2 cups roasted peanuts.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional), and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
