How to Make Bbq Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat a 1.5-2 lb pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp steak seasoning, and 1 tbsp dried rosemary. Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the seasoned tenderloin in a roasting pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. While the pork tenderloin is baking, prepare the BBQ sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup apple juice.
  7. After 1 hour of baking, pour the BBQ sauce mixture evenly over the tenderloin.
  8. Continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Slice the tenderloin and serve. Enjoy!
