How to Make Bbq Veggie Joes
- Rinse 1 cup of brown or green lentils under cold water.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the lentils with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- While lentils simmer, chop 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, and 1 medium onion.
