How to Make Bbq Veggie Joes

  1. Rinse 1 cup of brown or green lentils under cold water.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the lentils with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
