How to Make Beef Taco Rice Skillet
- Brown 1 lb ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup salsa, and 1/2 cup frozen corn.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice.
