How to Make Berry Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan. (Alternatively, spray with baking spray and dust with flour)
- In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork. Add 1/2 cup milk (any kind) and 1 large egg. Whisk until well combined.
- Gradually add 1 box (15.25 oz) of your favorite berry muffin mix, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
