How to Make Blueberry Lemon Iced Tea

  1. Combine 1 (12-ounce) package frozen blueberries and 1/2 cup lemon juice in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until blueberries have softened.
  3. Remove from heat. Pour the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl, using the back of a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.
