  1. Season 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Place in your crock pot.
  2. Add 1 large chopped onion to the crock pot.
  3. Add 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp dried marjoram, 1 tbsp dried thyme, 1 bay leaf, and 1 cup dry white wine to the crock pot.
