How to Make Easy Chili Size

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Shape the meat mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.
  4. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add both cans of chili to the skillet and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  6. If the chili is too thick, add a splash of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Return the patties to the skillet and gently turn to coat with chili.
  8. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until patties are cooked to your liking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  9. Serve each patty on a bun or plate, topped with a spoonful of chili, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onions.
  10. Add a dollop of ketchup and/or diced jalapeños, if desired.
