How to Make I Don T Feel Like Cooking Tonight Casserole
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 1 pound ground beef (or turkey). Brown the meat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in two (10.75 ounce) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup (or your favorite soup) and 1 cup of your favorite chopped vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
