How to Make Party Ribs
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease two 13 x 9-inch baking pans. Place oven racks inside.
- Cut the rack of ribs into individual serving-size pieces (approximately 3-4 ribs per serving).
- Season both sides of the ribs lightly with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Arrange ribs meaty-side up on the racks in the prepared pans.
- Cover the pans tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 75-90 minutes, or until the meat is incredibly tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
- Remove pans from oven. Carefully pour off any excess grease.
- While ribs bake, prepare the sauce (see recipe below).
- Return ribs to the oven. Pour sauce evenly over the ribs.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes. Alternatively, grill the ribs for the last 35-40 minutes, basting frequently.
- Remove from oven/grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
