How to Make Party Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease two 13 x 9-inch baking pans. Place oven racks inside.
  3. Cut the rack of ribs into individual serving-size pieces (approximately 3-4 ribs per serving).
  4. Season both sides of the ribs lightly with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Arrange ribs meaty-side up on the racks in the prepared pans.
  6. Cover the pans tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 75-90 minutes, or until the meat is incredibly tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
  8. Remove pans from oven. Carefully pour off any excess grease.
  9. While ribs bake, prepare the sauce (see recipe below).
  10. Return ribs to the oven. Pour sauce evenly over the ribs.
  11. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes. Alternatively, grill the ribs for the last 35-40 minutes, basting frequently.
  12. Remove from oven/grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
