  2. Place 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick) in a baking dish.
  3. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Top each pork chop with 1/4 of a thinly sliced medium yellow onion and 1/4 of a thinly sliced lemon.
