How to Make Quick Turkey Roll Ups

  1. Place 4 oz of smoked turkey breast in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped (do not over-process into a paste).
  2. Add 2 oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery, 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives to the food processor. Process until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture evenly over 2/3 of a large (10-inch) flour tortilla.
  4. Add 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and 2 large lettuce leaves to one end of the tortilla.
  5. Starting from the filled end, tightly roll up the tortilla. Gently squeeze the roll to compact it.
  6. Place the roll seam-side down on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice the tortilla roll in half diagonally.
  7. Arrange the roll-up halves on a serving platter. Garnish with extra fresh dill (optional).
