How to Make Reduced Sugar Chocolate Fudge

  1. Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine 10 ounces marshmallow creme, 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely smooth.
