How to Make Sea Island Tuna Salad

  1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 2 heaping teaspoons of salt.
  2. Add 1 pound of Creamettes macaroni to the boiling water.
  3. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a large bowl, stir in 8 ounces of Cheese Whiz until well combined and slightly cooled.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing), 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon celery salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
