- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan.
- In a food processor, combine 1 cup rolled oats and all of the flaxseed meal. Pulse until coarsely ground.
- In a large bowl, combine the oat and flax mixture with the remaining 1 cup rolled oats, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
