- Gradually whisk in 500ml milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens. Stir in 250g cooked salmon (flaked), 100g grated Gruyère cheese, and 50g grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the salmon mixture into a greased ovenproof casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 50g breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the mornay.
