- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Steak Seasoning
- Lemon, Zest Of
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh Parsley
How to Make 4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the hot skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of shrimp to the skillet. Season generously with 1/2 teaspoon of grill seasoning (or salt and pepper to taste).
- Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Do not overcook!
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley.
- Remove the shrimp to a serving platter, leaving the delicious garlicky oil in the pan. Serve immediately and enjoy!
