- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of 7 Up and 1 cup of mini marshmallows.

- Gradually add the hot 7 Up mixture to the cream cheese, beating constantly until completely smooth and well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until almost set but still slightly soft.
- Gently fold in 8 ounces of thawed Cool Whip and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the mixture into an oblong dish or mold.
