How to Make Alaskan Salmon Dip
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and flaked salmon. Mix well.
- Stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and sweet pickle relish.
- Add garlic salt to taste; start with 1/2 teaspoon and adjust according to your preference.
- Gently stir to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately or chill for later. This dip is delicious served hot or cold.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or your favorite vegetables.
Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor
Want to unlock deeper, more complex flavors? Try toasting your whole spices before grinding them, or blooming ground spices in a little warm oil to enhance their aroma. Deglazing your pan with a bit of stock, wine, or even water after browning ingredients can capture those tasty caramelized bits, adding richness to your dish.
