How to Make Art S Funky Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the bottom slice of bread with 1 ounce of Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes, 1/8 cup of thinly sliced red onion, and 2 tablespoons of sliced banana peppers.
  3. Top with 1 ounce of American cheese and the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
  4. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium-sized frying pan over low-medium heat.
