How to Make Amaretto Punch Slush
- Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Allow the sugar syrup to cool completely to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled sugar syrup with 1 (750ml) bottle of amaretto, 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup vodka (optional), 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed), and 4 cups of club soda.
- Gently stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into quart-size, heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bags. Leave some headspace at the top of each bag.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
- When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the slush reaches your desired consistency.
