  • Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • Water
  • 1 (750ml) bottle of amaretto

How to Make Amaretto Punch Slush

  1. Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Allow the sugar syrup to cool completely to room temperature.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled sugar syrup with 1 (750ml) bottle of amaretto, 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup vodka (optional), 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed), and 4 cups of club soda.
  4. Gently stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into quart-size, heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bags. Leave some headspace at the top of each bag.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
  7. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the slush reaches your desired consistency.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
