How to Make Ambrosia Waldorf Salad

- In a large bowl, gently combine 2 cups mini marshmallows, 2 cups diced apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji recommended), 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved, 1 cup pecan halves, and 2 cups crushed pineapple (canned, drained).
- Add the cranberry mixture to the large bowl and gently stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the salad.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill thoroughly.
- Before serving, sprinkle generously with sweetened shredded coconut.
