- 1 pound jumbo pasta shells
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

How to Make Anthony S Favorite Stuffed Shells
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While shells are cooking, prepare the meat sauce: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
