- Fill each of the empty cans with water (approximately 3 cups total) and add to the pot.
- Stir in 2 packets of beef-flavored ramen seasoning (discard the noodles).
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and flavors have melded.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and crackers, if desired.
