How to Make Apple Dijon Pork Roast

  1. Trim visible fat from a 3-4 pound pork roast.
  2. Cut the pork roast in half lengthwise to fit your slow cooker (5 qt or larger).
  3. Place both halves side-by-side in the bottom of the slow cooker.
