  • Canned Artichoke Hearts
  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) butter
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • Garlic Clove
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

How to Make Artichoke Blue Cheese Butter

  1. Drain one 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the artichoke hearts and fry until some leaves are lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a separate saucepan, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 finely chopped shallot and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese until melted and smooth.
