- Whole Wheat Flat Bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Goat Cheese
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
- Tomatoes
- pizza seasoning to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
How to Make Artichoke Flatbread Grilled
- Lightly brush both sides of 4 (6-inch) whole wheat flatbreads with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Grill flatbreads directly over medium heat for 2 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.
- Remove flatbreads from grill.
- Divide the following evenly among the 4 flatbreads: 2 cups fresh spinach, 1/4 cup garlic and herb goat cheese, 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained), and 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes.
- Return flatbreads to the grill and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are browned and the toppings are heated through and slightly wilted.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning to taste. Serve immediately.
