  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Goat Cheese
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
  • Tomatoes

How to Make Artichoke Flatbread Grilled

  1. Lightly brush both sides of 4 (6-inch) whole wheat flatbreads with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Grill flatbreads directly over medium heat for 2 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.
  3. Remove flatbreads from grill.
  4. Divide the following evenly among the 4 flatbreads: 2 cups fresh spinach, 1/4 cup garlic and herb goat cheese, 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained), and 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes.
  5. Return flatbreads to the grill and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are browned and the toppings are heated through and slightly wilted.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning to taste. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
