How to Make Asian Noodles With Shrimp

  1. Prepare ingredients: Thinly slice carrots and onion. Trim snow peas. Rinse rice noodles if needed.
  2. Bring coconut milk, water, carrots, and onion to a boil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
